Halo — Into the night

Halo has been a major influence on me, both as a gamer and as an artist. This piece is my tribute to the franchise that helped shape my creative journey — You can download the wallpaper for free here.

A breath-taking night scene set in a futuristic, alien ring-world. A mountainous terrain broken up by a thick line of evergreen trees scattered across the lower edge. The dark blue tones, coupled with mist, give the landscape a mysterious, serene vibe.

Inspired by the iconic "Halo" megastructures from the Halo video game series. The ring itself contains a striking, Earth-like planetary landscape, with ocean and landmass textures visible under a deep blue atmosphere.

Overall, I wanted the mood of this artwork to be calm yet filled with wonder, blending futuristic technology with a celestial, natural environment. Evoking themes of exploration, mystery, and the awe-inspiring scale of the universe.
